
Welcome the New Year with the Power of Intention.
This 2 hr workshop is not about setting New Year’s resolutions or goals. It's about giving you the space and time to pause, reflect on your year and connect with yourself, to work out what YOU really want your life to look like and to live your values in 2026 and beyond.
I will guide you step by step to set your 2026 road map through relaxing breathing techniques, a private journaling reflection and intention setting session using restorative style poses to settle the body and mind (think easy relaxed poses held for a couple of minutes) and end with a powerful guided visualisation meditation.
It will help you to set your intentions and start the new year focused, with a clear mind and positive attitude.

When and Where?
What will I need to bring?
You will need your mat, a cosy blanket and pillow, journal and a pen. (I recommend you bring your journal from last year or a journal that will be used again next year and so on, as seeing your growth year on year is fantastic to look back on).
All levels and everyone welcome (older teens and men joined every year and love it!). You don't have to have practised yoga at all previously to join this event.
Investment is £25. Booking is essential as spaces are limited.

It will be a wonderful time to make sometime for yourself as we emerge from Winter & celebrate Spring. You can enjoy a weekend away surrounded by like minded people, sharing movement & meditation, allowing ourselves to share the magic that we will create and leave us feeling energised & recharged, ready to step into Spring.
Set on the shore of Lake Windermere, this gorgeous hotel offers modern, laid back luxury and is the perfect base for exploring this stunning part of England. It is a perfect space to retreat to for a weekend of wellness. Did I mention it also has a wonderful view?
The hotel offers high quality ensuite rooms that will have a stunning view overlooking the Lake and fells. They are based on a twin sharing basis. You will have full access to all the spa facilities and gym throughout your stay including indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. The spa also has a tranquil spa garden. Gorgeous treatments including massage and facials are also available.
Our Pilates & Yoga sessions will be held in the beautiful Oak Suite which will be our space exclusively for the weekend which adjoins our private area in the Conservatory overlooking the Lake for our use.
You can expect to enjoy a delicious continental buffet & hot breakfast each morning and a delicious three course meal each evening in a private dining room for our group.
The hotel also has many relaxation areas such as the conservatory, a beautiful spa garden or seating overlooking the Lake.
The weekend will find the perfect balance between activities and rest - which is so important when taking some time out of your busy schedule. Your break will include Pilates, Yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, relaxation and fine dining.
You can take time to relax in the spa, book a treatment or maybe you want to join us on a walk and then take a boat trip into Windermere which you can pick up from outside the hotel. Bliss!

EVERY BODY IS A YOGA BODY! For that reason, my classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are a complete newbie or a more experienced Yogi. All are very welcome.
We will work through the elements of Hatha yoga to connect mind, body and soul.
The classes run on:
Mondays - 6pm (1hr class) Rawtenstall
Tuesdays - 1.30pm (1hr 15mins) Helmshore
Wednesdays -10.15am (1hr 15mins) Helmshore
**Please arrive 10 minutes before if possible and bring your own mat and blanket for Savasana (relaxation) at the end of class**
I also encourage you to bring blocks and straps to assist your practice. Props are always your friend in Yoga!

Start your week with an energising mat based Pilates class to make you feel mobile, strengthened and lengthened! It is suitable for all abilities as modifications and progressions will be given for all levels.

Tuesday evenings at 6.00pm
both at The Link, Bury Road in Haslingden.

This is a bespoke and confidential one to one Progressive Plan where I work with you individually each week either in person or online. I will listen, motivate you and provide accountability to help you achieve your goals.
