This is a wonderful session to bring your mind and body into balance with guided meditation, breathwork and body relaxation. This is not a yoga class. All you will need to do is show up and let my voice guide you to take you on a journey of relaxation. Bliss!
The first part of the evening will be experiencing the benefits of meditation and breathwork to gently let go of doing, of needing to be anywhere or be anyone other than yourself, to arrive fully.
It will be an opportunity to calm your mind and reset your nervous system using the breathwork and other relaxation techniques that I will guide you through. With my voice, I will then guide your awareness and take your mind on a journey to relieve tension from your physical body, all while you rest on the mat.
Due to request, this session will be online so you can practice in the comfort and privacy of you home. Grab as many pillows or blankets as needed. Come in your pj’s if you want to and use your bed instead of your mat.
The session will release your week enabling you to move into your weekend and the new month with ease and peace
You will need to wear warm clothing, bring a mat to lie on, pillows and blankets, sleeping bag - anything you need to be super comfortable to make a “nest” for yourself. Please also bring water.
