If you want to keep moving when I am away or you want to keep moving while you are away, I have recorded content for you to access.
You can access the Movement plan with yoga and Pilates which I have recorded for you. Suitable for all, these are shorter sessions of between 20-30 minutes each, so you can easily fit them in (or combine two together if you want a longer class!)
This will give you access to 4 shorter recorded yoga (2 classes) and recorded pilates (2 classes).
Once purchased you can access all of the recorded content in the “Store” for 1 month
