This is a perfect class to do if you are new to Pilates, or you are recovering from an injury/surgery, or simply if you‘ve not exercised in a while and are not feeling confident about joining a group class yet.
This is a welcoming and supportive class where we go through the fundamentals of Pilates including:
✨The breathing technique
✨How to engage your core and pelvic floor
✨How to be aware of your posture and the importance of it
✨Basic mobility and strengthening exercises
Alternatively, I can tailor this class to teach intermediate or advanced Pilates.
