I would love for you to join me for a 2 night Pilates, Yoga & Spa retreat, in the stunning Lakes.
It will be a wonderful time to make sometime for yourself as we emerge from Winter & celebrate Spring. You can enjoy a weekend away surrounded by like minded people, sharing movement & meditation, allowing ourselves to share the magic that we will create and leave us feeling energised & recharged, ready to step into Spring.
Set on the shore of Lake Windermere, this gorgeous hotel offers modern, laid back luxury and is the perfect base for exploring this stunning part of England. It is a perfect space to retreat to for a weekend of wellness. Did I mention it also has a wonderful view?
The hotel offers high quality ensuite rooms that will have a stunning view overlooking the Lake and fells. They are based on a twin sharing basis. You will have full access to all the spa facilities and gym throughout your stay including indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. The spa also has a tranquil spa garden. Gorgeous treatments including massage and facials are also available.
Our Pilates & Yoga sessions will be held in the beautiful Oak Suite which will be our space exclusively for the weekend which adjoins our private area in the Conservatory overlooking the Lake for our use.
You can expect to enjoy a delicious continental buffet & hot breakfast each morning and a delicious three course meal each evening in a private dining room for our group.
The hotel also has many relaxation areas such as the conservatory, a beautiful spa garden or seating overlooking the Lake.
The weekend will find the perfect balance between activities and rest - which is so important when taking some time out of your busy schedule. Your break will include Pilates, Yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, relaxation and fine dining.
You can take time to relax in the spa, book a treatment or maybe you want to join us on a walk and then take a boat trip into Windermere which you can pick up from outside the hotel. Bliss!

"It’s difficult to put into words how amazing the retreat was. I had no expectations as I had never been on a retreat of any kind before. If you haven't experienced a Retreat before, they can be transformative in more ways than you expect for lots of reasons, including that you are taking time out just for YOU for a few days. Not having to think about anyone else other than pleasing yourself and that in itself can be such a fabulous experience if you are usually busy thinking of and "doing" for others - whether that be at work, parenting, caring for loved ones, being a partner or friend - or maybe all of those!
