This is a bespoke and confidential one to one Progressive Plan where I work with you individually each week either in person or online. I will listen, motivate you and provide accountability to help you achieve your goals.
The package includes:
- Initial consultation with posture assessment and analysis, identification of goals, understanding your current activity levels and lifestyle, barriers to exercise, provision of nutritional guidance and health and fitness advice
- Preparation of a personalised, realistic and progressive 12 week Pilates plan based on the matters arising from the posture assessment, your current fitness level and personal goals
- 10 private sessions in total (once a week)
- Closing session to evaluate progress and next steps
