This is an event series

Have you heard of the incredible health benefits of Pilates? Do you want to get stronger and/or relieve aching joints or reduce the pain in your back, knees, neck or hips?

Then welcome to my 6 week Pilates ABC (Absolute Beginners Course) .

This will be perfect if you are brand new to it or if you already practice Pilates but want an in-depth refresher of the method to perfect your alignment and technique, then join my welcoming, friendly and supportive group.

This 6 week course of 45 minute classes will cover the fundamentals and method of Pilates.

We will cover:

✨The breathing technique

✨How to engage your core and pelvic floor, body stability, alignment and control principles

✨How to be aware of your posture and the importance of it

✨Basic mobility and strengthening exercises gently progressing each week

It will be a carefully planned progression of Pilates each week to get you familiar with the Pilates method, connection to your body and breath, and confidence in moving on the mat.

The course will run over 6 weeks at 7.10pm at Haslingden Community Link, Bury Road, Haslingden.
